How to play on wowbob
1º - You need have world of warcraft burning crusade version 2.4.3 or else get here: install and update till 2.4.3 by Wow-laucner

2º - Get now, Wrath of the Lich king installer (you can't update this by launcher), here is version 3.0.3: get this using torrent downloader. So install and update till 3.0.9 using Wow-Launcher, take care, you need stop this on 3.0.9 .

3º - If all ready, open realmlist.wtf on folder C:\wolrd of warcraft\data\enUS (open with Notepad, by drag and drop). Edit file to this:
set realmlist wowbob.servegame.com
set patchlist wowbob.servegame.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal us
Don't forget save the file.

4º - Make a Shotcut to file "wow.exe" and don't open launcher anymore. Have a good game and welcome to wowbob. Enjoy !
